The Jets have appointed Tanner Engstrand as their new offensive coordinator - just days after New York hired his former Detroit Lions colleague Aaron Glenn as head coach. Glenn and new general manager Darren Mougey have been tasked with overseeing yet another new era at the Jets. They are looking to rebuild a team that missed out on the playoffs for the 14th straight season, finishing 5-12 - despite having Aaron Rodgers under center all year.
