Celtic looking at other loan options for left-back after Arsenal block a January move for Kieran Tierney
Arsenal have blocked a Kieran Tierney move to Celtic before the close of the transfer window. The Scotland defender will sign a pre-contract agreement to return to Parkhead on a four year deal in the summer. With Alex Valle recalled and sent to Como by Barcelona, however, Celtic hoped to find a compromise allowing Tierney to return to Glasgow on loan until the permanent contract kicked in. With Ukrainian left back Oleksandr Zinchenko a target for Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal have now told Tierney he is going nowhere.
