Love Island fans were left emotional after seeing Caroline Flack return to screens on Sunday night in the one-off anniversary special. But some viewers were left upset and 'disappointed' that there was no tribute to remember the late presenter at the end of the show. The TV star died at her North East London home on February 15, 2020, at the age of 40 and her death was ruled a suicide in an inquest in August of that year.
