Luke Littler bowed out of the World Masters after falling to a 4-2 defeat by Jonny Clayton at the quarter-final stage in Milton Keynes. The world champion averaged over 108 but was stunned by his opponent's lethal finishing on the final day, denying him the £100,000 winner's jackpot. Littler, 18, hit more 180s and outscored Clayton but after losing the first set - and staging a brief comeback - he soon found himself on the brink of elimination.
