In early February 2023, I collapsed after jogging five kilometres. Up until that point, I had been perfectly healthy – at least I felt I was. Then the doctors told me I had had a stroke and that I also had pancreatic cancer. Its course could be slowed down but no operation was possible. My days were numbered. When I got the news, right smack in the face, I was hit by terrible anxiety but since then I've fooled my brain.
