A Britney Spears biopic is coming to the big screen. It was announced on Thursday that Universal Pictures has landed the rights to Spears' bestselling memoir, The Woman in Me, in what it is describing as a "highly competitive auction." Acclaimed filmmaker Jon M. Chu (Wicked, Crazy Rich Asians) is set to direct. The GRAMMY winner's memoir was released last October and has sold more than 2.5 million copies in the United States alone.
